Payment & Pricing

• Payment Method: Secure payment via Stripe credit/debit card or invoice
• Pricing: All prices are in EUR and displayed before booking confirmation
• Additional Charges: Late-night surcharge (€80), extended services, and add-ons will be applied at checkout
• Payment Timing: Full payment (100%) is required to confirm individual bookings; premium booking payment terms are agreed individually prior to confirmation
• Tax & Compliance: Invoices issued for all transactions as per Greek tax requirements
• Service Credits: Non-refundable credits cannot be transferred or resold

Client Conduct & Service Rights

To ensure the safety, comfort, and professionalism of our service providers, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

• You engage in verbal abuse, harassment, or physical aggression toward our therapist
• You create an unsafe or inappropriate environment for service providers
• You violate the confidentiality or privacy of our professionals
• You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol during service
• You request services outside our scope of practice or that are unsafe
• Service providers feel unsafe or mistreated for any reason

Service termination due to client conduct will result in no refund.

Health, Safety & Medical Disclaimer

Medical Conditions & Disclosure

Clients are required to fully, accurately, and promptly inform the massage practitioner and our center of any existing or pre-existing medical condition, illness, injury, surgery, medication, allergy, or any other circumstance that may affect the provision of massage services.

In the event of omission, concealment, or inaccurate disclosure of the above information by the client, the center and the massage practitioner shall not be held liable for any adverse effects, injuries, or consequences arising directly or indirectly from such incomplete or inaccurate disclosure, in accordance with applicable Greek law.

Product Safety

We use high-quality, professional-grade beauty and wellness products, many of which are organic and cruelty-free. However, allergic reactions are always possible. If you experience any adverse reaction, stop the service immediately and inform your therapist.

Liability Limitations

Beauty Voyagers and its service providers are not liable for:

• Allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or adverse responses to products or treatments
• Injuries or damages resulting from pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed
• Results varying from client expectations (hair color shade, style durability, etc.)
• Complications from services performed by other providers after our session
• Indirect damages or lost income resulting from service complications

Our services are wellness-focused and not medical treatments. Always consult a physician for health concerns.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Beauty Voyagers and all service providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements:

• All client information, preferences, and service details are confidential
• Therapist and client relationships are kept private and secure
• No photos or content featuring clients may be published without explicit written consent
• Service providers may not disclose client identities or service details to third parties
• Violations of confidentiality will result in immediate termination and potential legal action

Service Provider Information & Expertise Claims

All Beauty Voyagers therapists, stylists, and professionals are licensed, experienced, and vetted. We ensure:

• All providers hold valid licenses and certifications for their respective specialties
• Ongoing professional development and training in latest techniques and trends
• Compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards set by Greek health authorities
• Background checks and professional liability insurance for all staff
• Transparent communication about services, techniques, and realistic expectations

While we employ skilled professionals, individual results vary. Our providers will discuss expected outcomes during consultation.

Venue Partners & Third-Party Agreements

When services are delivered at partner venues (hotels, resorts, private villas, yacht clubs), you agree to:

• Comply with the venue's rules, policies, and facility access guidelines
• Accept responsibility for any damage to venue property caused by you
• Acknowledge that venue security, parking, and amenities are the venue's responsibility
• Understand that venue availability and accessibility are subject to partner schedules

Beauty Voyagers is not liable for venue-related issues, security concerns, or third-party damages.

In-Service Conduct

To maintain the luxury and relaxing atmosphere of our services:

• Phones: Please keep cell phones on silent or vibrate to avoid disturbing service
• Respect & Courtesy: Treat therapists with professionalism and respect
• Timing: Please be ready and available at your scheduled appointment time
• Venue Respect: Follow venue guidelines and respect shared spaces

Gratuity & Tips

Gratuity is never included in our service pricing and is not expected. However, tips are appreciated as a gesture of satisfaction. All gratuities go directly to service providers and are not retained by Beauty Voyagers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Greek and EU law, Beauty Voyagers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (lost wages, reputational harm, etc.)
• Service interruptions, website downtime, or booking system failures
• Third-party actions, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control
• Results that differ from client expectations despite professional service

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the Beauty Voyagers website—including text, images, logos, videos, and designs—is owned by or licensed to Beauty Voyagers and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish content without written permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our logo or branding for commercial purposes
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website
• Circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas

You may use content for personal, non-commercial reference only.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved under Greek law and the jurisdiction of Greek courts (Athens Courthouse).

Before pursuing legal action, we encourage good-faith communication:

• Contact us at info@beautyvoyagers.com with detailed complaint
• Allow 30 days for investigation and response
• Attempt mediation if direct resolution fails

Changes to Terms

Beauty Voyagers may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice.
